Alpha-rlh激光与微波协会成立于2005年，总部设立在法国葡萄酒之乡波尔多，在里摩日和拉罗谢尔均设有分部。该协会是一个国家认证的非营利组织，旨在开发创新型项目以促进当地经济的发展。截至2019年年底，Alpha-rlh共有258个会员单位，1063个标签项目，503个投资项目，直接创造了2500多个岗位，间接创造了10000多个岗位。2009年，Alpha-rlh在中国武汉的办事处正式成立。该办事处致力于法国会员单位在中国知名度的推广和市场开拓，为中法公司提供一系列广泛的优质服务和专业意见。主要提供的服务有：
