Dogain Optoelectronic Technology(suzhou)Co.,Ltd. was established in May 2017, the company to high-end laser chip design and manufacturing as the core competitiveness, focusing on the optoelectronic industry chain upstream, the company has full engineering and manufacturing capabilities including Compound semiconductor laser chip design, epitaxy growth, device processing, chip packaging, test characterization, reliability verification and functional modules, it is one of the few IDM mode laser enterprises in the world. The core technical team is led by academician Chen Lianghui, one of the pioneers in the field of optoelectronics, and led by Dr. Yang Guowen, a national“Special expert”, a group of experienced professional and technical personnel, with completely independent intellectual property rights, focusing on high-performance, high-power, high-reliability photoelectric chip and device design, development and manufacture. The company has now formed a high-power Chip, 980 single-mode pump module, Laser Array, VCSEL, fiber-coupled module composed of five categories, the full range of products matrix, products are widely used in industrial processing, intelligent perception, 3D sensing, optical communications, medical beauty and scientific research fields.
