Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Jinan, Shandong Huaguang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. has two R&D and production bases in Jinan and Weifang, which are mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of semiconductor laser epitaxial wafers, chips, devices and modules. With power ranging from milliwatt to kilowatt and wavelengths covering violet to near infrared, our products have been widely used in the fields of measurement and sensing, LIDAR, advanced manufacturing, medical and healthcare, photolithography and printing, scientific research and national strategic high technology.The company has always insisted on technological innovation, and is one of the few domestic enterprises that have mastered the design and growth of semiconductor laser epitaxial structure, chip design and preparation of independent intellectual property rights and successfully applied to commercial production, and is also one of the few domestic enterprises that have established a vertically integrated production system of semiconductor laser epitaxial wafers, chips, devices, and modules, and independently produced semiconductor laser epitaxial wafers and chips.
