Topics:

Topic 1: The Application of Ultrafine Optics Machines in the Intelligent Manufacturing of High-end Equipment.

“Made in China 2025”is the first ten-year plan for building a strong manufacturing country. Ultrafine optical mechanics is the vital part of “Made in China 2025”. The ultrafine optical application in the industrialization, resource exploration and national defense construction will be discussed during the forum.

Topic 2: The Application of Ultramicroscopic Optics in the Biomedical Technology.

Ultramicroscopic Optics is a vital tool for studying cellular fine structure and life activities in biomedical field. Usage of this technology in increasing outstandingly along with the development of optics. Ultramicroscopic Optics is an important project to the “Digital Diagnostic Equipment” which is China’s key research and development strategy. Ultramicroscopic Optics technology will be discussed during the forum.=

Topic 3: Innovation and Breakthrough in New Energy and New Materials of Green Manufacturing Projects.

In China, improvement of the ecological environment has always been the major development direction, so China emphasizes the importance of new energy research and development as always. From upstream technology, energy conversion, to energy storage, they will play an important role in green manufacturing engineering. The practice of photovoltaic energy and energy storage technologies in intelligent manufacturing will be discussed during the forum.

    Expert in applied optics. He proposed the derivative second-order spectroscopy theory, th techno-economic tolerance of optical system and the fire control dynamic performance test system. The test index is better than the requirement of "Test Operating Regulations" of the United States. The results have been selected into the national military standard and have important applications in weapons and equipment.

    2016 President of SPIE

    He holds 34 U.S. patents on biological, physical, and chemical sensors, has chaired dozens of conferences on optical sensors, and has helped found more than five start-up companies. Bob is a Senior Member of IEEE, and has served on the boards of numerous for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He was elected to Membership in the U.S. National Academy of Engineering in 2018.

  • Zhuang Songlin

    academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering

    He is a senior membership of Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers(SPIE) and the Optical Society(OSA), chairman of China Instrument and Control Society, and director of The Chinese Optical Society. He is the first researcher in China to develop optical system CAD. He has completed the largest optical instrument design software system in China.He has conducted a comprehensive and systematic study of incoherent optical information processing and rainbow holography.

  • Pan Junhua

    Academician

    Expert in applied optics. He has been engaged in the development of optical instruments, the processing and testing of optical components and systems for a long time. He developed the laser spherical interferometer, the the 2.16-meter astronomical telescope and its special accessory instrument, stepped grating spectrometer.

  • Dr. Sen HAN

    Ph. D.

    Fellow of the International Society of Optical Engineering (SPIE), member of the American Optical Society (OSA) and American Academy of Precision Engineering (ASPE). His main research interests include optical interferometry, optical inspection, precision machine inspection, semiconductor wafers, solar wafers, micro/nano MEMS inspection technology and nanoscale film inspection.

  • Shi Zhengrong

    Ph. D.

    Former Chairman and CEO of Wuxi Shangde Electric Power Holding Co., Ltd., a leading figure of the solar photovoltaic industry in China. He studied at the University of New South Wales, Australia, under Professor Martin Green, an international solar cell authority and 2002 Nobel Prize winner for the Environment. In 2007, he was selected as a Global Environmental Hero by the Time magazine.

    Special Researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chief Scientist of 973 Project. Director of Suzhou Institute of Medical Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Director of Key Laboratory of Biomedical Laboratory, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is mainly engaged in research and development of medical optics, applied optics, spectroscopy and related instruments.

    Ph. D.

    Special researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently assistant director of Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and executive vice director of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Medical Optics. He is committed to the research of new optical imaging and detection methods in vivo, and the development and industrialization of corresponding optical medical instruments and equipment.

  • Wei Xunbin

    Ph. D.

    From 2001 to 2006, he was an assistant professor of research at Harvard Medical College. He otained 10 patents at home and abroad. Currently, he is a special professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University (College of Biomedical Engineering and MED-X Research Institute), director of biomedical instruments, Fellow of SPIE (International Society of Optical Engineering). He is mainly engaged in the research of the optical imaging and detection technology and treatment of tumors and immunity.
