EdgeWave offers a comprehensive range of standardized and customized short and ultrashort pulse InnoSlab lasers.

InnoSlab lasers boast a distinctive attribute: their customizable beam profile. It can be configured as a circular Gaussian, a one-dimensional line-shaped top-hat, or a two-dimensional rectangular/square top-hat, tailored to suit diverse application needs.

InnoSlab lasers with a Gaussian beam profile are particularly well-suited for the precise processing of microstructures with minimal heat impact. Typical applications include drilling, ablating, processing, cutting, and scribing of materials such as glass, sapphire, metal, carbon fiber composites, and electrodes.

InnoSlab lasers with 1D Top-Hat beam profile are ideal beam sources for the annealing of thin crystal layers and for the Laser-Lift-off (LLO) process in the display industry.

InnoSlab lasers with 2D Top-Hat beam profile are particularly advantageous for deleting and structuring thin-layer for the production of e.g. displays, OLEDs and solar cells.

The unique Free Triggering (FT) option enables highest flexibility for system integration and process control. With every trigger pulse an ultra-short laser pulse is fired with well-defined pulse energy. This feature enables fundamental simplification for system integrators.
